How to get started.

Getting in touch with Asia ODC starts with an email to Tan@asiaodc.vn. Asia ODC states that it will respond within 12 hours and that a solution consultant will gather requirements.

• Get in touch. Share your requirements by email.
• Review the proposal or candidates. Once requirements are finalized, Asia ODC sends a technical and commercial proposal. For a programmer or team, it sends best-matching CVs for screening.
• Interview resources. Asia ODC arranges interviews when required.
• Agree the plan and start. Jointly define the execution plan, sign the commercial agreement and begin the project.

Engagement models.

Asia ODC offers Fixed Time, Fixed Price, Time and Material, Dedicated Offshore Development, Dedicated Onsite Team and Hybrid (a mix of offshore and onsite) models. It also helps clients select a combination that fits their needs.

Agile working style.

Asia ODC describes Scrum as a way to start development without spending excessive time on specification. After two- to four-week sprints, the client receives progressively more software and can introduce change requests during development.
