1. Tell us what you need

   Email Tan@asiaodc.vn with your requirements. A Solution Consultant will work with you to understand and gather them.

2. Finalize requirements

   Once we agree on the scope, we send a proposal covering the technical and commercial sides. To hire a developer or team, we send the best-matching CVs.

3. Interview and select

   If you want to meet the proposed people first, we arrange the interviews.

4. Kick off the project

   Together we define the execution plan, sign the commercial agreement, and start.
